Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Yearly starts with 7 days free. A card is needed. We email you 2 days before the trial ends, and you pay nothing if you cancel before then. There is one trial per family.
How do I cancel?
In My account, choose "Manage payment and plan". Your plan stays on until the end of the time you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Website payments can be fully refunded within 14 days, including Lifetime family. App Store and Google Play follow their own rules.
How many children can use it?
Monthly and Yearly have room for up to 2 children. Family yearly and Lifetime family have room for up to 5.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time in My account. We work out the difference for you.
