How we keep your family's data safe.

In short: we keep only what the app needs, we never sell data, there are no ads or trackers, and you can see, download or delete your data at any time.
Who we are
Puddle Learn is made by CubixSol Limited. Questions about privacy: write to support@puddlelearn.com.
What we collect from grown-ups
Your name (optional), email, password (stored as a scrambled hash), language, the devices you sign in on, your plan and payment records.
What we keep for children
A first name or nickname, the birth month and year, an avatar, the level and language, and progress such as lessons done and stars.
What we never collect
- Child voice recordings
- Location
- Contacts
- Advertising ids
- Photos of children
Who processes data for us
Our payment provider (Stripe), the app stores (Apple and Google), our email provider and the push service for parents' phones.
Your rights
You can see, download, correct and delete your data. Deleted accounts are erased after 30 days. Payment records are kept for accounting.
