Refunds
How refunds and cancellations work.

In short: website payments can be refunded in full within 14 days; store payments follow Apple's and Google's rules.
Website (Stripe) purchases
Cancel in My account with "Manage payment and plan". Access stays on until the end of the time you paid for. Ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full.
App Store purchases
Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask for one from your Apple account under purchases.
Google Play purchases
Refunds are handled by Google. Ask for one from your Google Play account under payments and subscriptions.
Lifetime family
Lifetime family is a one-time payment. It can be refunded in full within 14 days, like any website payment.
